Then choose the option that works best for you and your group. We will be glad to assist you with setting up your Reservations.
Use the AIRPORT SHUTTLE page to Book Online or the GROUP RESERVATIONS page and fill out the Reservations Form then click on SUBMIT. The Shuttle service will need an exact address if staying in a private residence.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept Paypal.
We recommend booking your round-trip ahead of time in order to guarantee seat availability. We operate on a first come first served basis.
Once your transaction is processed and your reservations are confirmed, we will email you your Confirmation Notice and a Receipt for your transaction.
No reservations should be considered finalized until such time payment is made and a Confirmation Number is issued to the customer.

Shuttle Rock Point provides 24/7 Dispatch service to coordinate with all drivers, passengers, vehicles and other eventual issues as they pertain to operations.

After landing at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport , meet the Shuttle at Terminal 3 or Terminal 4. The Shuttle leaves at 10:00 AM daily. Contact us if you need further instructions on how to find your ride to the Beach.

We recommend you inquire with Shuttle Rocky Point as to availability and pricing while planning your trip, Helpful if you need to coordinate Airport flight arrivals and and departures in order to set up your reservations accordingly.
All reservations are made based on current availability and accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy, without exceptions.
Crossing the border from either side is straight forward.
Passengers and drivers must be prepared with proper documentation, passport and other such requirements. Cooperation is expected and required. Shuttle Rocky Point will not be responsible for any potential delays which may cause the Shuttle to resume service as soon as it is cleared.
The US-Mexico border is closed between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM daily.

You may bring some allowed items back from Rocky Point:
Should your flight be delayed at Sky Harbor International Airport, contact our Office so we can re-schedule or make other arrangements whenever possible.

All reservations for Shuttle Rocky Point services are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
All reservations must be guaranteed using a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All reservations made 14 days prior to the reserved date of service will qualify for a refund. A 5% credit card processing fee will apply for any cancellation once it has been processed by our merchant services.
All reservations made after the cancellation deadline will not qualify for any refund. Under certain circumstances we are able to re-schedule your reservations based on current availability (for example if you miss your arrival flight at Sky Harbor International Airport).
There are no exceptions allowed under this Cancellation Policy.
